Sobr e o Retiro
Olhar para Si is a self-knowledge retreat for women that was born out of the concerns of Taylla de Paula, photographer and Yoga student of Clarice Val. After participating in the Uterus Rite (Munay Ki) taught by Clarice, she decided to propose a partnership to implement an idea that had occurred to him a long time ago, since he specialized in working with women.
The proposal comes from the simple look of a photographer and an integrative therapist and Yoga teacher who, together, decided to combine their tools and transform the therapeutic effect of capturing images of women in nature environments into an immersion of care, sharing and self-love .
The program was woven from the motto of “seeing and being seen” and, through the other's gaze, deepening the look at oneself. The opening of the medicine wheel of Andean shamanism was a trigger to expand our field of vision over our own internal resources, using the power of elementals and power animals. The experiences integrate self-perception practices with the four elements, Yoga techniques, Andean shamanism, systemic movements, active meditations of the ROAF system ( Female Alchemy Ovarian Breathing ) and photography.

Where will our immersion be?
To make our experience even more unique and special, we will do all the activities amidst lots of nature, at the Eden Santuário de Natureza e Bem-Estar, in Vale do Capão, in Chapada Diamantina. The space will be exclusively ours during the retreat days, providing a safe and welcoming environment. Accommodation will be in shared rooms in the same location.
